The "Employee of the Month" badge motivates your settlers to work hard in order to be in with a chance of winning. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a very long effect, as settlers have a memory span that puts even the daftest goldfish to shame, and after a few minutes they will have forgotten that the badge even exists.

Description

Employee of the Month Badges are a Buff which can be created in the Rarity Provision House. When used on a workplace, it will triple the output for 6 hours. If used on a friend's workplace, it will triple output for 9 hours.

Creation

Each Employee of the Month Badge is made in the Rarity Provision House, and requires the following ingredients:
